Our Team
Dressage is an individual sport, but putting a rider in the show ring and caring for our horses requires a focused team of people. We would not be where we are without the valued members of our team. Mountain Crest Farm is based off the European model of working students overseen by our long time manager Nicole Ardito-Ng. Olivia is where she is because of the working student jobs that she was given starting from the age of 12 on into her 20’s, therefor we are passionate about providing opportunities for the next generation. Being a working student allows our next generation of trainers to get hands on experience in all aspects of farm and horse management as well as access to constant instruction and opportunities to interact with the sport at the highest level. Every working student is given a space in the program to have a personal horse which ensures that they are getting riding time and regular instruction.

Rocky
Rocky is our perfect German Shepherd from Virginia German Shepherd Rescue. He has a keen eye for dressage and offers insightful advice in exchange for bacon.
Rocky sadly has now passed on but his memory will be with us always. A truly special dog. Loyal, kind, a big bark and an excellent thief. In his life time he probably watched as much dressage as I have in mine. Every ride, ever step this dog was always watching from his corner of the arena, or possibly right in the middle of it.
